PHYSICAL DAMAGE OF PRODUCTS

Aurelis Ltd will accept the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products at its own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the customer has not exercised an influence on the validity, damage or any defect of the products. In the case of justified complaints, the cost of replacing the product with a new one is entirely borne by Aurelis Ltd.
RIGHT OF UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The customer can unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. In order for the customer to exercise the right of unilateral termination of the contract, communication of the decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiry with an unequivocal declaration sent by post or email, which contains his name, address, telephone number, fax or email address. Aurelis Ltd will provide confirmation of receipt of your unilateral termination of the contract without delay via email. The 14-day deadline for unilateral termination of the contract begins on the date on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than a carrier, comes into possession of the product, which is the subject of the contract. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
